Maggie – An Ode to a Glowing Mother

Maggie and I didn’t even meet in person until I walked into her house Saturday morning. She greeted me with her giant smile, a warm hug, and her cartoonish dog, Diggy. Immediately, I felt as though I were at home with a friend I had known for years.

She’s having her second boy this spring, but a house full of boys only accentuates her delicate yet resilient beauty.

I stayed for two and a half hours in the warmth of the home this woman nurtures. This is just part one of all I was privileged to capture that morning. This is an ode to a mother who simply glows.
