After their engagement session, Kirsten hugged us, cried a little, and said this was the greatest moment of the whole wedding planning process. They had taken us back to the place where Mike proposed. Tide pools and diamond rings. Smooshy sand and chilly water. Hugs and kisses and a chance to breathe. We pray that your engagement sessions can offer you the same.
Wedding planning can be stressful. We know. We did it twice ourselves.
Engagement photos aren’t just another thing to check off your massive wedding to-do list. Sure, we might do them so that we can get to know you more and you can get comfortable in front of our cameras. But even more importantly, It’s all about you and your love. Getting a chance to return to your most special places and just hold each other and breathe deeply for a minute or two before it’s back to the hustle of work and wedding planning.
May your engagement session be a reflection of everything that matters. A reminder of how you are each other’s homes.
It’s not just a photoshoot. It’s an excuse to connect with the person you’ve chosen to spend the rest of your life with on a deeper level.
